Refreshing summer drink, coming right up!
I first made these grapefruit margarita spitzers a few weeks ago when I wanted a lighter drink for summer. Since margaritas are my go to I decided to turn it into a fruity spritzer with grapefruit juice and seltzer.
As I’m writing this post I am in England for a conference! While the lack of DC humidity is refreshing I would still reccommend a glass of this grapefruit margarita spritzer for those of you back in the midatlantic heat.
While I thought they were perfect with no added sweetener you could easily add simple syrup if you like your drinks on the sweeter side. I added a dash of bitters to enhance that grapefruit flavor, but that’s also completely optional. These grapefruit margarita spritzers will be your new go to summer sip!
