
Tart and refreshing berry kombucha combined with lemon ginger simple syrup and silver tequila to make the perfect spring cccktail!
Peel and thinly slice the ginger into rounds
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan, heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved
Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool
You can make the syrup in advance and store in a jar in the fridge for a few weeks
Combine the syrup and tequila in a glass, fill with ice and pour the kombucha over top, serve immediately
