Salted White Chocolate Popcorn with Peanut M&M's

sweet white chocolate and salty popcorn with colorful, crunchy peanut m&m's!

  • 1/4 cup popcorn kernels (8-10 cups popped)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (divided)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • sea salt
  • 1 cup peanut m&m's


  1. Pop the kernels as desired and place in a large plastic container with a lid or in paper bag

  2. Microwave the coconut oil in 10 second intervals until metled

  3. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil over the popcorn, add several shakes of salt as desired, then place the lid on the container or fold the bag over several times to close, shake vigorously

  4. Microwave the white chocolate in 15 second intervals, stirring well after each interval until melted, to thin the chocolate add the reamining 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and stir to combine

  5. Pour the white chocolate/coconut oil mixture over the popcorn and shake vigorously

  6. Taste and add more salt if desired

  7. Stir in peanut m&m's and serve or store in an air tight continer for several days
