Salted white chocolate popcorn with peanut m&m’s is my new favorite sweet and salty snack!
This is a BIG deal because I’m really not that crazy about white chocolate. I mean it’s candy so sure I’ll still eat it, but 10 times out of 10 I would rather have dark chocolate or milk chocolate. That being said I could not stop eating this salted white chocolate popcorn with peanut m&m’s.
I was cleaning out my baking cupboard and found a partial bag of white chocolate disks I decided I should use. I figured it would be delicious (and pretty) on popcorn with some Easter pastel colored peanut m&m’s. My favrite movie treat has always been salty popcorn and sweet chocolate candies (bunch a crunch or cookie dough bites at the theater please!).
I’ve talked about my love of popcorn before, it’s just such a easy snack that you can jazz up a million different ways! This salted white chocolate popcorn with peanut m&m’s has only 5 ingredients and takes almost no time to make.
I alwas use an air popper for my popcorn and then shake it with my desired oil (in this case coconut oil, it tastes so amazing with the white chocolate) and seasonings (here we are using sea salt) in a large tupperware, but you can pop the kernals any way you like. Then drizzle in your melted white chocolate and toss in some peanut m&m’s!
